Ben is a member of our Disputes Resolution team, and will be working in Civil and Commercial Disputes, Relationship Property, and Family Disputes.

Ben is committed to building strong client relationships and achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Ben graduated from The University of Canterbury in 2024 with Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Commerce. He is due to be admitted to the bar in March 2025.

Originally from Christchurch, Ben brings valuable experience from his time as a Volunteer Case Worker at Community Law Canterbury. Outside of work, Ben enjoys an active lifestyle, pursuing his passions for running, cricket, and football.

Ben Jackson joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2025.
